Tali Molnar's work plan
Dear Netanya residents
The upcoming elections are an opportunity to take Netanya to a different level.
I will restore Netanya to be the capital of the Sharon, the Riviera of Israel, a living and vibrant city, a city that provides leisure and culture, a city with tourist attractions,
A city that will be a center of attraction for all of the central region of Israel, who will come to spend time in Netanya.
I will ensure that no resident will have to leave Netanya to consume culture and leisure, not even on weekends.
At the same time, we must encourage and promote appropriate preparation for 2035, when the city is expected to grow and become a city of approximately 400,000 citizens.
One of the largest cities in the country with the addition of tens of thousands of housing units, expanding existing neighborhoods alongside the construction of new neighborhoods.
Therefore, we need leadership that knows how to integrate this growth and lead a vast urban system, leadership that knows how to prepare plans for the future, identify needs, and adapt precise urban solutions.
We must ensure uniform, advanced urban services for all neighborhoods in the city with improved and upgraded educational infrastructure.
As the next mayor, I will promote a new kind of public service, which means less bureaucracy, more service, more public partnerships, more transparency, and appointments based solely on professional qualifications, a supervised service that yields quantifiable results.
This city needs an honest leader, not a “hustler”.
A leader who grew up and came from the municipal field, and has been in the public system for many years, who knows the municipal systems well from the inside, knows local government well and has rich experience in key positions in the municipality.
A leader who comes from the field and is connected
As Miriam's deputy mayor, I know exactly what the challenges are and what the most appropriate plans are for the city.
In my view, the citizen is the customer and providing the best service will be paramount.
New public management places the citizen at the center.
